HEAD OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Location TLAQUEPAQUE, JALISCO

YOUR TASKS

• Lead and manage all program activities for assigned product groups, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality targets.
  
• Take full responsibility for profit & loss (P&L) and drive profitability of the product portfolio.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, quality) across the full product lifecycle.
  
• Drive project acquisition together with sales and ensure successful execution from award to SOP and beyond.
  
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and reliable program delivery.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• +5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  
• Proven experience managing complex programs with responsibility for cost, timing, and quality.
  
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit & loss (P&L) management.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills in cross-functional and international environments.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage).
