About this Position At Henkel Consumer Brands, we are shaping the future of Professional Hair through innovation, premium brands, and customer-centric growth. As Head of Professional Consumer Business Nordics, you will lead the strategic development and commercial performance of our Professional Consumer division across the region, driving growth through eCommerce, Selective Retail, and Omnichannel channels.

Working with iconic brands including Schwarzkopf Professional, you will define and execute the Nordic growth strategy, build strong customer partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver sustainable sales growth, profitability, and market share gains. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven leader to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.

What you´ll do

  • Define and execute the Nordic Professional Consumer business strategy to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Own business performance, including Net Sales, Gross Profit, market share, and consumer recruitment targets.
  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities, distribution channels, and customer segments.
  • Lead the development of eCommerce, Selective Retail, and Omnichannel partnerships across the Nordic region.
  • Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships to accelerate sales and consumer acquisition.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Nordic commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Education, Business Intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Drive successful innovation launches and ensure excellence in market execution.
  • Monitor business performance through KPIs and analytics, implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and annual business planning processes to support long-term growth.

  • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and unlock market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in eCommerce, retail, omnichannel, or route-to-market intensive environments.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales and commercial teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership, forecasting, and business planning expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with customers and cross-functional partners.
  • Track record of driving business transformation and leading change in complex environments.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in English an additional Nordic language would be advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and commercial planning tools.
