Job Description

We are seeking an experienced product leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our data and product portfolio. This role will lead high-performing teams in developing innovative data-driven solutions, expanding data sources, and bringing new products to marketstrengthening our competitive position and delivering meaningful business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s product and data strategy, roadmap, and commercialization plans.
• Lead and mentor product management teams across multiple domains including data enrichment and business solutions.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle managementfrom concept to launch and optimization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and accelerate time-to-market.
• Use data and customer insights to inform product decisions, pricing, and positioning.
• Ensure products meet compliance, legal, and market standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in product management, with experience in fast-paced, data-rich environments such as fintech, startups, or high-growth companies.
• Proven success in launching and scaling products that contribute significantly to revenue.
• Strong ability to identify, acquire, and leverage data assets for business impact.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English; additional local language skills a plus.
