Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Director, Content Strategy and Marketing Communications, the Head of Production Design is responsible for the marketing design team. The incumbent must work in collaboration with management to distribute and manage all marketing and e-commerce design projects for the La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village banners.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate projects and assign tasks to members of the marketing design team;
• Evaluate projects and establish the schedule for the completion of the team's projects while respecting the required budgets and deadlines in collaboration with the Chief Creative Officer;
• Plan resources on a freelance basis during special projects or peak periods;
• Coach, guide and motivate the marketing design team;
• Work in collaboration with other departments such as public relations, human resources, purchasing, visual presentation and design for the production of visual content;
• Participate in the briefing, planning and implementation of marketing design projects;
• Make approvals, ensure the quality of projects and content production;
• Ensure the sharing of the tools available to the different creative teams
• Participate in the updates of graphic asset management systems and their maintenance (OS, Canto, Plugins, Adobe, MKTG Printer, etc.);
• Participate in the updates and maintenance of the project management system and processes;
• Design and maintain an organizational structure for Marketing files including graphic resources and archives;
• Create and design corporate and marketing content as needed (e.g. coloring, commercials etc.; (in support of the team only)
• Ensure that the design team has the necessary tools to perform its work, including coordinating the calibration of the design team's screens and printers, and ordering photo paper ;
• Collaborate in the development of the brand's image;
• Review and update graphic standards, work methodologies and internal processes;
• Stay on top of the latest trends in marketing design and propose new approaches, ideas and concepts.

Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent;
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required;
• Experience in managing a graphic design team;
• Very good command of the following software (Illustrator, Photoshop, In design) as well as the MAC and PC environment;
• Experience with a DAM (file management software) is an asset;
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana, Monday, etc.), an asset;
• Very good time management and organizational concept
• Notion of prepress;
• Experience in retail;
• Bilingualism, written and spoken, essential;
• Great sense of urgency;
• Strong creativity and passion for the fashion industry;
• Ability to communicate and exchange ideas easily.
• Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment;
• Ability to manage multiple files at once.
