• Cost reduction initiatives through CIP in Production Department, Doing Cost Saving kaizens.
• Meet the KPI'S of the Department
• Strategic Orientation of the Production department to drive to the plant Vision and Mission
• Roadmap for coming years for Production and maintenance tools
• Move towards more digitalization in Production department.
• Develop People to have Know How of latest Technology about line and Machines .
• New Technology in Wire harness , Sensors Industry
• New Product development Implementation at Production level.
• Adopting new Software for the Production.1.0KM PPM target for the Plant.
• To achieve NCC of the Plant, Achieve OEE of the lines, To achieve IRR of different lines and Machines.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation
• Have a Good relations and Understanding with Support Departments which can drive us to achieve Plant Vision and Mission.
• Better Time to time Understanding of Customer specific requirements.1. TNI for the team People to develop Second Line.
• Good Training structure for the People working on shop floor for Better Understanding about process and technology.1. Calling meeting with CFT, brainstorming sessions to resolve critical issues.
• Appreciation and thanksgiving to colleagues for their good work.
• Improvement Projects at Departmental Level.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
• Localization of spares , Spare cost reduction.
• Ensure Preventive plan of machines ,
• Maintain MTTR and MTBF.
• Introducing and Implementing Various Digitalization Projects.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Electronics / Mechanical with 15 years of Automotive experience with OEM and Automotive Companies. Automotive Industry incl Product Life Cycle and leading people.
