We are now looking for a Head of Product & Technology Development within our High-Pressure Homogenization team, who will lead our product- and technology development organization. In this role, you will also engage directly with customers, participating in technical discussions and presenting the solutions developed within the team. You will be expected to clearly communicate the technical choices and value propositions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and our technology strategy.
You will report to the Product Success Manager High-Pressure Homogenization.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund. Some travelling will be required.
As Head of Product & Technology Development, you will inspire, develop and organize the team´s work to ensure that agreed R&D projects are executed on time, within budget, and with quality. You are responsible for staying updated on technical and technological developments in the product area, securing expertise, and sharing insights systematically within the team and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:

You are business- and results-oriented, analytical, and a collaborative team player who thrives on building expertise and enabling teams to deliver world-class solutions.
