About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader to head our Product Marketing team for Jira, Atlassian’s flagship product. You’ll lead a team of product marketers responsible for defining Jira’s narrative in the marketing, running top-of-funnel brand campaigns, onboarding and activating new customers, and creating content that drives organic growth and enabling sales with selling Jira along our other solutions.

This role is pivotal in shaping how millions of users discover, learn about, and succeed with Atlassian’s flagship products. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable business impact and set the standard for product-led growth in SaaS.

Working at Atlassian

  • Drive top-of-funnel brand and demand generation campaigns.
  • Oversee onboarding and activation programs to ensure new customers realize value quickly.
  • Build and scale content programs (SEO, thought leadership, templates, guides) to drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Growth, and Analytics to align on goals, share insights, and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion experimentation and data-driven decision making to continuously improve marketing performance and customer outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and market, ensuring our messaging and experiences resonate with diverse audiences—from technical teams to business leaders
