As Head of Product Marketing, you will own the companys commercial storytelling and value-based messaging. You will play a critical role in launching new product features, developing customer-facing assets, enabling Sales and Customer Success teams, and driving competitive and market intelligence.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success You will lead go-to-market strategy, ensure consistent and differentiated messaging across the entire customer journey, and act as a strategic partner to leadership while managing a team of Product Marketers / Growth Specialists. The role reports directly to the SVP Marketing.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead integrated marketing launch plans for new product releases in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Positioning & Messaging
Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to key buyer personas. Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across all customer-facing touchpoints.
Market Intelligence
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and in-depth analysis to inform stakeholders of market trends and product innovation opportunities.
Product & Sales Enablement
Oversee the creation of self-service enablement content (video explainers, interactive tours, UI visuals, documentation) and sales collateral (sales decks, one-pagers) to drive feature adoption and customer success.
Website Management
Own the website as a growth channel, including conversion rate optimization and user experience improvements to drive signups, demos, and product education.
Lifecycle Marketing
Manage direct and sequential communications (newsletters, email sequences, in-app messaging) throughout the user lifecycle, from onboarding to product adoption.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketers / Growth Specialists responsible for producing customer-facing content (short and long-form copy, visuals, and videos). Establish clear priorities, quality standards, and execution frameworks.
Performance Tracking
Define and track KPIs focused on growth and adoption (new signups/subscriptions, conversion rates, sales asset utilization). Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a Product-Led Growth environment; experience in HR Tech or Staffing is a plus
Proven success in senior product marketing roles, with a strong track record of positioning complex products in competitive, fast-evolving markets
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated product functionality into clear, compelling, customer-centric value propositions
Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning high-level strategy into execution
High technical fluency, able to simplify complex product concepts through educational and enablement content
Experience with modern marketing stacks (e.g. Webflow CMS, Intercom, HubSpot, B2B attribution tools) and project management platforms (Notion, ClickUp, Jira)
Familiarity with AI and LLM-based tools for content creation, optimization, and scaling is a strong advantage
