Wij zijn op zoek naar een hands-on Head of Product Management & R&D – Business Unit Grid & Accessories die onze portfoliostrategie, innovatiepijplijn en R&D-activiteiten mee vormgeeft en aanstuurt.
De functie
In deze senior managementrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische richting, ontwikkeling en prestaties van het Grid & Accessories-portfolio. Je combineert productmanagement, innovatie en R&D-leiderschap om klantbehoeften, marktkansen en technologische ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar winstgevende en schaalbare oplossingen. Je rapporteert aan de BU Director Grid & Accessories en geeft leiding aan het Product Management- en R&D-team (5 professionals). Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en Business Development.
