Shape the product vision — lead the product team and define strategic direction that drives Goodly’s growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Lead the product team: Set the direction for the product team (5+ people), support their growth.
Drive product development: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring Goodly’s products truly solve user problems and meet market needs.
Shape product strategy: Define what to build next, identify opportunities for growth, and make informed decisions that push the product and business forward.
Collaborate across teams: Partner directly with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with company goals.
Drive market-informed strategy — use insights from market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to shape product direction and identify new opportunities.
Impact the business: Make strategic product decisions that drive measurable results for both users and Goodly’s growth.
2+ years of experience as a Head of Product/Product Lead with a b2c product in a Tier-1 market;
Experience managing and mentoring a team of 4 or more;
Hands-on experience using AI tools to drive product innovation;
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with metrics, running experiments, and interpreting large datasets;
Skilled in building team processes: setting up workflows, prioritizing backlogs, and creating actionable roadmaps;
Proven ability to launch, grow, and scale digital products successfully;
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions;
English levelB2 or higher;
