Job Description

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for the product strategy, development and implementation according to the distributions and customers needs, market landscape and company goals
• Leading the PD team in ensuring timely and quality product deliverables according to agreed timeline
• Building a quality PD team who are the go to person and SME on products related, good project managers, have the culture of collaboration and accountability, who are always eager to find solutions and to continue learning
• Monitors product performance and based on the product performance determines when actions are needed to upgrade, improve, revise or reposition products, or when actions are needed to revise product proposition and product pricing
• Ensuring any day 2 items or other product backlog that need to be done are done according to the timeline or when any missing feature is needed

Requirements;

• Male preferable with min more than 15 years in the insurance industry
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Life insurance product knowledge
• Project Management
• Digital Business Strategy
• Product Development Principle
