The Role

Lead our product strategy and development lifecycle, transforming vision into reality while building and empowering a high-performing product team.

What you will be doing

• Transform executive vision into concrete, actionable product plans and comprehensive roadmaps

• Lead and develop a team of Product Owners/Managers, fostering their growth and performance

• Own the entire product development process from ideation through to delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to champion new ideas and drive product execution

• Develop well-researched product requirements and serve as the customer advocate

• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to drive innovation and enhance customer experience

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience with proven leadership capability across product strategy, delivery, and team management.

• Strong expertise in defining product and business requirements within software development environments

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, transforming data into actionable insights

• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities to guide complex technical projects

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning

• Online gaming experience preferred, along with familiarity with Jira and product development tools
