We are looking for an experienced Head of Procurement, Corporate Services to lead sourcing across HR, professional services and business operations spend.

About the role

This role is critical in ensuring that the organisation operates efficiently, compliantly, and with access to high-quality external partners—while maintaining strong cost discipline and service performance.

You will work closely with senior business leaders to shape demand, optimise supplier models, and elevate procurement’s role as a strategic partner.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Impact

  • Define and execute procurement strategy across HR services, consulting and shared services

  • Align sourcing approach to organisational priorities including workforce strategy and operational efficiency

  • Implement governance frameworks that ensure compliance, consistency, and transparency

  • Lead change management and drive any business transformational initiatives

Sourcing & Category Delivery

  • Lead sourcing across contingent workforce, consultancies and corporate services

  • Design and implement supplier panels, frameworks, and rate card strategies

  • Deliver value through cost benchmarking, demand management, and process optimisation

Stakeholder & Supplier Leadership

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align procurement strategy with business needs

  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across services categories

  • Lead resolution of complex commercial and contractual issues

Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Drive efficiencies through supplier consolidation, outsourcing strategies, and improved demand planning

  • Ensure strong financial controls, contract governance, and audit readiness

Team Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing procurement team focused on services categories

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and best practice

  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of best practices in cost modelling, contract risk assessment, and value tracking

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure responsible sourcing across labour-intensive and professional services

  • Manage regulatory, reputational, and operational risks effectively

About you

  • Extensive experience in corporate services or indirect procurement

  • Strong stakeholder management across HR, Finance, and corporate functions

  • Deep expertise in services sourcing, supplier frameworks, and cost management

  • Ability to balance commercial outcomes with service quality and compliance

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive transformation and operate at pace in a dynamic environment

  • Strategic & Operational Excellence: Translates strategy into action, ensuring rigor, consistency, and execution throughout source to contract cycle and supplier engagement
