Job Description

Role Purpose

Lead the design and evolution of business-led operating models that enable large-scale, multi-year transformation through digital, automation, and Agentic AI capabilities. Translate strategic priorities into scalable operating model changes across Falcon and the broader GDS portfolio - ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes, workforce productivity improvements, enhanced client experience. Act as the bridge between Product Owners, Technology Leaders, Operations, and Executive Sponsors, ensuring:

  • technology, product, and operations are integrated into a coherent end-to-end operating model

  • Agentic AI and automation opportunities are prioritized around business value and scalability

  • process knowledge is structured, scalable, and drives delivery, impact assessment, and operating model evolution

  • transformation is business-led, adopted at scale, and delivers measurable outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Transformation & Agentic AI Adoption

  • Lead operating model redesign, process re-engineering, workforce transformation, and Agentic AI enablement for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs

  • Develop business-led transformation strategies leveraging Agentic AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities to improve service delivery and operational performance

  • Drive organizational redesign - roles, responsibilities, workflows and decision-making models - to unlock the full value of Agentic AI

  • Identify structural, process, governance, and behavioral barriers that limit adoption of new operating models and AI-enabled ways of working

  • Establish change adoption frameworks that embed Agentic AI and new operating models across operations, product, technology, and support functions

Shape End-to-End Operating Model Design

  • Design and evolve end-to-end operating model structures in the context of technology and Agentic AI enablement

  • Define and maintain target, interim, and current-state process architectures including roles, responsibilities, handoffs, controls, and human–AI interaction points

  • Ensure consistency of operating model design across products, pods, and functions

  • Ensure technology and Agentic AI capabilities are embedded within the operating model (model design perspective)

  • Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring changes in one domain do not negatively impact others

Partner with Product Owners to Prioritize High-Value, Scalable Use Cases

  • Act as strategic partner to Product Owners in shaping roadmaps and prioritizing high-value, scalable Agentic AI and transformation use cases

  • Assess opportunities through the lens of business value, client impact, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and scalability

  • Establish frameworks for evaluating, selecting, and sequencing Agentic AI opportunities across value streams

  • Ensure use cases are designed around business outcomes and adoption - not technology deployment

  • Provide frameworks for use case structuring, process impact mapping, and service model alignment

  • Advise Product leadership on operating model implications, adoption requirements, and organizational readiness

Drive Business-Led Adoption & Value Realization

  • Champion business ownership of transformation initiatives and Agentic AI capabilities - ensuring adoption is business-led, not tech-driven

  • Partner with business leaders to embed new AI-enabled capabilities into day-to-day operations and decision-making

  • Develop adoption strategies focused on behavioral change, leadership engagement, capability building, and sustainability while measuring adoption metrics, utilization indicators, and realized business outcomes

Lead Process Intelligence Across Pods

  • Develop a clear, structured view of how Agile delivery and Agentic AI reshape the operating model - not just individual features

  • Ensure all pod outputs are understood in terms of end-to-end process flows, control environment, risk points, and client outcomes

  • Assess how Agentic AI capabilities reshape workflows, decision rights, operating structures, and workforce responsibilities

  • Evaluate opportunities to redesign end-to-end processes rather than automate existing inefficiencies

  • Support transition from a fragmented initiative view to an integrated, AI-enabled operating model view

Integrate Technology & Agentic AI into Business Processes

  • Define and document current vs. future process states and the interaction between automation, Agentic AI, and human activities as part of Target Operating Model development

  • Ensure AI-enabled operating models maintain appropriate controls, risk management, governance, and service quality standards

  • Partner with business stakeholders to build shared understanding of operating model changes

  • Lead structured capture and validation of current-state processes using SME input and available materials

  • Identify inefficiencies, fragmentation, complexity, and opportunities for Agentic AI-enabled redesign

  • Develop and support a Process Intelligence and Agentic Transformation capability aligned to operating model needs

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years leading enterprise transformation, operating model design, business architecture, process optimization, or strategic change initiatives

  • Experience in AI led change programs across global organizations

  • Experience partnering with Product Owners and executive stakeholders in agile and product-centric delivery environments

  • Demonstrated success delivering business-led adoption of digital, automation, AI, or Agentic AI solutions

  • Strong understanding of operating model design, organizational effectiveness, governance, workforce transformation, and change management

  • Experience prioritizing complex transformation portfolios, balancing strategic, operational, risk, and regulatory considerations

  • Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills at Executive levels
