Objective

Do you have experience in production management and team management? Do you enjoy modern technology, automation and continuous improvement of processes? We are looking for a Production Manager for our production plant in Podbořany, who will take responsibility for the assigned area of ​​robotic welding and machining and will be a key partner in meeting production goals.

Main Responsibilities

• managing a team of people
• coordination of production to meet customer requirements and the production plan - to ensure smooth production
• definition of preventive measures in production
• active approach to solving sudden problems
• regular evaluation and improvement of production parameters of production lines
• implementation and support of Lean Manufacturing

Position Requirements

• experience with management and coordination of employees
• min. secondary education - technical direction
• experience with team management in a production company - min. 3 years
• English - min. B2, German - advantage
• knowledge of production processes - welding / machining / assembly - an advantage
• extensive know-how in production processes
• ability to optimize processes
• experience with the identification of production risks, their mitigation and prevention
• production, personnel and preventive maintenance planning
• application of the quality management system - applicable knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA, IATF 16949
• the ability to achieve set goals
• experience with team management
• customer oriented
• the ability to solve technical problems
