About the Role

• Servaada is looking for an experienced Head of Portfolio Management to lead our Central Change Office and provide oversight across a large portfolio of business change initiatives.
• Reporting to the Chief Change Officer, you will ensure change programmes are effectively governed, managed and deliver value to the business and clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Central Change Office and PMO Centre of Excellence.
• Provide a single view of portfolio performance across all change programmes.
• Oversee governance, reporting, controls and executive dashboards.
• Manage cross-portfolio risks, dependencies, resources and priorities.
• Own and drive adoption of the PPM tool.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience leading Portfolio Management, Enterprise PMO or Change functions.
• Strong Financial Services background.
• Experience managing complex change portfolios and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and improving portfolio processes.
