Head of PMO and Solution Adoption - People & Culture
Danish Crown is reshaping its global People & Culture setup to create a unified, future‑ready organization. Danish Crown is undergoing significant global transformation, and the concept of employee experience and solution adoption is not yet established. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the P&C PMO and Solution Adoption agenda on a global scale.
Your area of Responsibility
As Head of PMO & Solution Adoption, you will be part of the global People & Culture organization, responsible for developing and managing the overall HR/IT project portfolio roadmap. Your primary focus will be to secure global process standardization across the hire-to-retire processes by defining and driving for simplifications and standards that enable easy adoption.
To be successful, you will work closely with the Process Excellence team to ensure user adoption by implementing processes and technology solutions that deliver value to Danish Crown through effortless and engaging experiences for managers and employees.

The position can be operated by our Headquarters in Randers or our office in Copenhagen. Attendance in local factories etc. is expected. Travel is necessary to our various locations throughout Denmark as well as internationally.
