  • Capacity Planning & Value Realization: Facilitate integrated IT, Data, and business capacity planning to prevent bottlenecking. Challenge project scopes, business cases, and ROI assumptions prior to approval, and track post-implementation benefits capture.
  • Cross-Functional Dependency & Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage cross-project interdependencies, shared resources, and cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain the portfolio risk register and drive proactive mitigation strategies across business units.
  • Flagship Delivery & Community Leadership: Directly lead high-profile strategic initiatives when required while elevating organizational delivery maturity by mentoring, coaching, and upskilling the internal Project Manager community.
  • Executive Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate ongoing communication, governance reviews, and decision-making forums between Executive Leadership (GMT), business sponsors, and project delivery teams.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent through practical experience).
  • 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management within a global or PMO environment.
  • Proven track record in strategic portfolio governance, stage-gate processes, and capacity planning across Business, IT, and Data.
  • Experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Assertive and constructive mindset with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders on business cases, ROI assumptions, and project prioritization.
  • Experience in coaching and elevating the maturity of project management teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and change management skills.
