Salary range: in the range of €45,000 to €55,000 + bonus.

What you would do as our Head of Planning & Replenishment

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for defining and executing inventory and replenishment strategies that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will lead the Planning & Replenishment team while working closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective demand planning and supply chain performance.

You would also be responsible for:

  • Leading inventory management activities across warehouses to maximize product availability, maintain high service levels, and optimize stock investment.
  • Developing and implementing replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operational capabilities.
  • Monitoring forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
  • Coaching, developing, and leading the Planning & Replenishment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings 8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles, including experience leading teams.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicates fluently in both Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has experience in electromechanical manufacturing environments, or similar industries such as automotive, which would be considered a strong advantage.
