The Position

1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

Work out Production Plan, Capacity Plan, Resource Plan and Material Requirement Plan to meet sales requirement as well as to control inventory within reasonable level. Continuous enhancement of Integrated Production Plan to consolidate and reconcile all site activities plus downtimes meanwhile to maximize capacity/facility utilization at a consistent level.

制定生产/产能/资源计划和物料需求计划以满足销售需求并将库存控制在合理的水平。持续改善整合生产计划,整合并协调厂区的各种活动以及停产时间,于此同时实现产能/设备利用率的持续性和最大化。

2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

1. Take overall charge of PT Shanghai Budget process, get alignment with cross functional teams to ensure the maximum capacity utilization with reasonable inventory level and acceptable period cost; Act as China SPOC to ensure a timely and accurate budget publication as well as to clarify all the details with Global.

2. Be responsible for site production capacity plan and resource plan, which are the baseline for site budget and Headcount plan; Be responsible for site Master Production Schedule and Daily Production Schedule with all the factors into consideration including sales demand, production capacity, inventory level, etc.

3. Take care of Material Requirement Plan for packaging material and excipient, ensure sufficient material supplies to support consistent production without any shortage.

4. Monitor the procedure of procurement, delivery, production, testing, releasing and deviation etc. Assess business impact for major variance beyond tolerance and lead cross-functional coordination for action plans when necessary to meet sales demand on time.

5. Coordinate with involved stake holders to integrate all necessary site activities and projects so as to maximize capacity/facility utilization as well as to minimize any negative impact to production.

6. Closely cooperate with regional & global demand/supply planners and PSCO to exchange the latest production data and information as well as to obtain necessary support and resource for PT Shanghai.

7. Be responsible for CMO products supply plan including DS/DP replenishment coordination; Be responsible for CMO finish goods, DS inventory level management.

8. Lead production and material planning team, coach and develop subordinates.

Education/Qualifications

l Degree Holder

l Good management & influencing skill to coach, engage and motivate subordinates to realize their potential so as to meet expectation from both business growth and individual development.

Job Required Competencies

l Above 10 years working experience (more than 8 years in production planning preferred)

l Familiar with SAP system (PP&MM modules, APO)

l With good English (CET6) and skillful operation of computer

l Good interpersonal skill

l Good analytical and expressive skill

l Good at communication, cross-functional cooperation and ability of adaptability
