The Head of Performance Managementis responsible fordeveloping& improvingthe operational sales managementforall ofB2B. The roleis responsible forensuringthat all sales units(Major Account, Channel Sales and other B2B segments)workina common,transparentand unifiedframeworkfor monitoring, reporting and performancesalesmanagement.The role also includes responsibility for supporting the sales management teams with operational sales reporting & analytics, both recurring & predefined as well as proactive &and more exploratory analytics

In this role,youwill be responsible for leadingthe performance management teamand the team’s deliveries, priorities,and skills development.You’llalso ensure high quality in structures,processesandmethodologyfor sales management, as well as creatinga culture of data drive,transparencyand operational excellence.
