Confirma Software – Stockholm / Gothenburg / Alingsås
We are building a data driven marketing engine across a portfolio of over 25 SaaS companies.
This role is central to how we scale that transformation.
The role
We are looking for a Head of Performance & Growth to take ownership of how marketing drives results across the group.
You will be responsible for performance, conversion and how we translate marketing efforts into pipeline and business impact.
You will not only optimize performance, but define what we prioritize, where we invest and what we choose not to do.
You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and act as a key driver in building a scalable, data-driven growth function.
What you will do
Define and drive the performance and growth strategy, including where to focus, invest and scale
Own and drive CRO across 20+ websites, identifying and prioritizing the highest impact opportunities
Analyze and improve the full funnel (traffic → SQL → revenue)
Reallocate budget based on performance and ROI
Own the direction, prioritization and performance of paid media across multiple markets
Work closely with content, CRM (HubSpot) and local teams to drive growth
Manage and challenge external partners/agencies to ensure performance
Set priorities across multiple initiatives and ensure focus on what drives the highest business impact

Increased conversion rates across key websites
Improved cost per lead and cost per SQL
Clear connection between marketing activities and pipeline
Higher return on marketing spend
A scalable performance model across all companies
Who you are
Strong experience in CRO and/or performance marketing
Highly analytical and comfortable working with data
Experience optimizing funnels, not just individual channels
Able to prioritize and focus on what drives the biggest impact
Comfortable working across multiple brands or business units
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and HubSpot (or similar)
You are ready to take a step from execution to ownership
You are comfortable making decisions and prioritizing between competing initiatives
You want to have a direct impact on business results, not just campaign performance
