Shape the Future of a Global Technology Business
As Head of People & Culture BTG, you will lead the global People & Culture agenda for BTG, a leading provider of process solutions, automation, analytics and services for the pulp and paper industry within Voith Paper.
In this strategic leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the BTG Leadership Team, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, workforce transformation and talent development across a globally operating business. You will ensure that people strategies are fully aligned with business priorities, enabling sustainable growth, innovation and operational excellence.

Your tasks

• Act as strategic People & Culture partner to the BTG Leadership Team and senior business leaders.
• Develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, transformation and organizational performance.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession management and talent development initiatives.
• Drive change management and transformation programs across a global organization.
• Advise and coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, employee engagement and organizational development.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive and values-based culture that supports BTG’s strategic objectives.
• Lead and coordinate all labor relations and employment law matters in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure effective implementation of global People & Culture processes, policies and programs.
• Leverage people analytics and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global People & Culture teams across the Voith Group.
• Travel regularly to BTG locations worldwide to support business priorities, leadership teams and strategic people initiatives.

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in a senior HR / People & Culture role within an international industrial, technology or service environment.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation, change management and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
• Experience working with global leadership teams and complex matrix organizations.
• Solid knowledge of labor relations and employment law practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.
• High degree of initiative, resilience and execution excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable.
• High intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 30%).
