Head of Partner Enablement will be responsible for defining and leading the overall enablement strategy for the channel sales organization. This role combines strategic design, AI-driven enablement initiatives, and operational execution to build a scalable, repeatable, and high-impact channel sales operating framework that drives sales productivity and sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define the overall strategy for partner sales enablement and establish a performance framework covering coverage, execution, conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Establish a pilot validation and continuous iteration mechanism to form a closed-loop system from strategy development to performance attribution.
- Lead the development of an AI-powered sales enablement ecosystem, including tools such as AI coaching, AI quality assessment, structured sales playbooks, and RAG-based knowledge systems.
- Drive the scalable adoption of AI tools and leverage unstructured data to improve business insights and decision-making.
- Design and implement a structured enablement journey that includes learning, practice, evaluation, and competition to drive sales engagement and execution quality.
- Establish quality assurance mechanisms and performance transparency frameworks to encourage best-practice sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategy, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to drive the successful execution of complex initiatives.
