About the role

As Head Of Overlay Implementation, you’ll take charge of a Norwegian team of technical engineers focused on delivering tailored SmartConnect solutions to our enterprise clients. This role requires a well-rounded leader with deep experience in project management, transformation, and change management. You’ll work closely with the Heads of Solution in Sweden and Denmark, standardizing delivery processes and fostering a collaborative, pan-Nordic approach. This is a growth-oriented position ideal for someone looking to build on their existing leadership skills, particularly in resource allocation and team development. It’s a great opportunity for a candidate with experience in project leadership roles who is ready to take on personnel responsibility and grow within an organization that values continuous development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support your team of implementation engineers, ensuring technical delivery meets client expectations and high standards, ensuring they have the right competence and conditions to succeed.
• Partner with counterparts in Sweden and Denmark to create a unified, pan-Nordic approach to project delivery, setting a new standard for collaboration with a proper change management and transformation plan.
• Engage extensively with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and handle escalations, ensuring smooth and successful implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining delivery processes to elevate client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To excel in this role, we think you need:

• Solid experience in leading teams through complex projects, such as in project management or similar roles (personnel responsibility not required but beneficial).
• Understanding of SD-WAN and network technology, no need to be hands-on technical.
• Proven skills in change management, with a readiness to guide teams through transitions and drive organizational improvements.
• Proficiency in corporate-level English, with a Scandinavian language as a plus.
