Location:
The location of this role is our Spirax STS offices in Trappes, France, with an option of up to 2 days working remotely per week

The purpose of the Head of Operations is to ensure that the organization’s day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively to support the overall strategic goals of the business. Their role is pivotal in aligning processes, resources and people to deliver results, while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. In essence the operations manager acts as the backbone of the organization, ensuring all moving parts work together to achieve success
