We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee large-scale labour accommodation and integrated facilities management operations across the UAE. The role will manage resident communities ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 occupants while ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction.
The successful candidate will lead multiple operational departments including Catering, Laundry, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Logistics, Security, Helpdesk, and QHSE functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
