Head of Operations Engineering – Technical and Engineering Services (Beijing) (Ref: 260000Z9)

ResponsibilitiesLead the Technical and Engineering Services team to deliver expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle, including asset introduction, maintenance, renewal and replacementDrive asset management strategies and frameworks to ensure compliance with ISO 55001 and optimise asset performanceLead investigations into major engineering incidents and implement improvement initiatives to enhance railway safety and operational performanceOversee the planning and delivery of major asset renewal and long-term asset replacement programmes including non-fare revenue projectsManage new technologies and smart maintenance solutions for railway line development and bidding activities
