You'll be joining a digital marketing agency that is small but mighty growth team-a tight-knit group where no two days are the same and every detail matters. We master the art of professional juggling, seamlessly managing client relationships and campaigns because when clients trust us with substantial marketing plans and budgets, 100% accuracy isn't just preferred, it's non-negotiable. We're seeking someone with proven agency experience who understands the fast-paced, client-focused nature of digital marketing agencies-someone equally comfortable serving as a client's trusted strategic advisor and driving new account growth-and who can hit the ground running with our SEO and PPC operations. To succeed in this role, you should anticipate a balanced workload where approximately 50% of your time is dedicated to client management, 20% to internal management, and 30% to new sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Contribute to the development of the company’s long-term strategy by providing operational insights and recommendations.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for the operations team.

Oversee Day-to-Day Operations:

• Provide leadership and direction for daily operational activities across departments.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensuring operational goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Address operational challenges promptly to maintain seamless workflow and productivity.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize efficiency and support business priorities.

Drive Initiatives for Efficient Processes:

• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies.
• Lead the adoption of tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.

Develop Processes for Consistency:

• Establish standardized processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and scalability across operations.
• Regularly review and update processes to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
• Ensure employees are trained and equipped to adhere to established operational guidelines.

Oversee Production to Ensure Client Satisfaction:

• Supervise production teams and processes to meet client requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goods or services.
• Implement quality control measures and continuously seek client feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between production teams and clients to resolve issues and address concerns effectively.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams to support company goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that encourages accountability and innovation.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies across all operational activities.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards to protect employees and assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with leadership in finance, marketing, sales, and other departments to align operational goals with overall business strategies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and adaptability.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

***MUST HAVE previous experience working at a digital marketing agency***

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment, preferably with home improvement or contractor clients
• Leadership experience in production, operations, project management, or service delivery, preferably within a digital marketing agency or client-service environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, multiple client projects, production schedules, and team capacity.
• Experience developing scalable workflows, quality-control procedures, performance metrics, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, labor costs, resource allocation, utilization, and production profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, website development, reporting, and automation.
• Experience managing remote or internationally distributed teams and using project-management, workflow, and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with process documentation, artificial intelligence, automation tools, or relevant project-management and operations certifications.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
