Head of Operations

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

We're partnering with an innovative production agency to find a Head of Operations who will help design and scale the operational engine behind their fast-growing business.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who loves building systems, improving workflows, integrating technology and AI, and creating the infrastructure that enables teams to do their best work. While a strong understanding of commercial production is essential, this is fundamentally an operations role focused on driving efficiency, collaboration, and long-term growth.

What You'll Bring

• Must be based in the United States
• Significant operations leadership experience within a creative, production, agency, entertainment, or media environment.
• A strong understanding of how commercial production and creative workflows operate.
• Experience designing and implementing operational processes, systems, and cross-functional workflows.
• A passion for leveraging technology, AI, and automation to improve how teams work.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across production, finance, technology, and executive leadership.
• A builder's mindset with experience helping organizations scale through operational excellence.
