The Head of Operations is a pivotal strategic leader and growth engine, responsible for both regional execution and global strategic impact. The role oversees the regional innovation agenda while also leading several global pilot initiatives within the company’s project incubator, particularly those originating in LATAM. In addition, this position plays a key role in business development by assessing and expanding supply whether by unlocking new sources or analyzing and optimizing the existing business. Overall, the Head of Operations acts as the central coordination point between Executive Leadership and core functional areas, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and scalable commercial outcomes.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a critical advisor and analytical partner to MD Support the development of business cases for new or actual supply, validate opportunity sizing, and provide actionable recommendations on optimal team structures and key performance indicators necessary for execution and long-term success.
Drive company wide strategic initiatives that materially increase the efficiency, productivity, and performance of sales across all commercial channels.
Own the strategic planning process, managing business forecasting,annual budget, performance tracking against core KPIs, and translating results into opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
Lead the LATAM Innovation & Automation Agenda: Drive the regional innovation roadmap with an automation-first mindset, ensuring every solution reduces manual work, eliminates redundant development, and is built for immediate scalability across markets.
Manage the “Innovation & Optimization Incubator” (6 HC): Oversee a team dedicated to identifying operational inefficiencies and high-impact automation opportunities across the full sales ecosystem.
Pilot, Validate & Scale: Design and run pilot tests in LATAM that serve as controlled environments for innovation. Once proven, these solutions are packaged for direct replication and large-scale global rollout, ensuring fast and efficient worldwide adoption.
Accelerate Automation & Process Redesign: Lead initiatives focused on workflow automation, system integration, and data-driven process redesign. This includes global operational projects—such as building and deploying the automated email infrastructure for quota communication across all regions.
Optimize End-to-End Sales Operations: Continuously refine core processes through analytics, alignment across teams, and removing operational bottlenecks to drive growth acceleration and elevate execution efficiency.
Promote Global Sales Excellence & Operational Standards: Partner with Partner Directors, Global Sales Enablement, and Global Operations to co-define and implement unified best practices, playbooks, and standard operating procedures across all regions. Ensure LATAM serves both as a benchmark for execution and as a testing ground for global methodologies that can be replicated at scale.
Drive Global Tool Adoption & Process Consistency: Champion the rollout, adoption, and proper utilization of core global sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, WeFlow, or other workflow and automation tools). Ensure LATAM not only follows global standards but also acts as a proving ground to validate configurations, automation layers, and workflow enhancements before global deployment. Promote consistent data governance and commercial efficiency across all markets.
Establish a Structured Global Feedback & Alignment Loop: Build and manage a continuous feedback framework that connects commercial teams in LATAM with strategic global stakeholders. Ensure insights, operational challenges, and user needs flow back to global teams to shape product roadmaps, tool enhancements, and process evolution. Facilitate global-to-local alignment, ensuring that global solutions are relevant, scalable, and iteratively improved based on real operational outcomes.
Collaborate directly with Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) to align strategic priorities and accelerate goal attainment.
Serve as the key advisor and integrator for the leadership team, ensuring that strategic decisions are translated into actionable, resourced plans and executed efficiently.
