Key Responsibilities

    Analyze and improve internal processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

    Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor success

    Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams

    Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
• Budget & Resource Management
  • 
    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • 
    Ensure optimal utilization of company resources
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with departments such as finance, HR, and sales
  • 
    Ensure smooth coordination between teams
• Risk & Compliance
  • 
    Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • 
    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring

    Track operational performance and report to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years or more experience in operations or related roles
