We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead our fruit manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management, supply chain operations, and team leadership in the food manufacturing industry. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring product quality, optimizing processes, and managing teams to deliver high-quality fruit products efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure timely supply chain and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Develop and manage the operational budget, focusing on cost control.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies.
• Report operational performance to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Operations, Food Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in food manufacturing, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
