About Our Client:

Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

The Head of Operations ensures compliance with operational standards and improves performance, efficiency, and profitability. This role also manages and optimizes commercial and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Material Management, Yard Operations, and Customer Service, including order and freight management.
• Achieve and monitor operational utilization and inventory.
• Improve profitability by optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and managing costs.
• Implement and optimize commercial, logistics, and material management processes.
• Align operations and material planning with financial goals.
• Ensure material quality meets company standards.
• Lead improvement projects and identify business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business management, operations, or logistics.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably in construction services.
• Strong understanding of cost control and operational processes.
• Health and Safety certification.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and related systems.
• Fluent in English.
