HIRING POSITION: HEAD OF OPERATIONS

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of the supply chain. This includes overseeing personnel, scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and the achievement of key goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily logistics operations.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration of processes.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including drivers, logistics planners, and ground teams.
• Create and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and transportation.
• Oversee the logistics department's budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with customers to meet logistics requirements and address any issues that arise.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep the organization competitive.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and achieving results.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with logistics technology.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
