company is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to lead and oversee the operational functions of the company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of company's operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the company's overall objectives.

• Evaluate and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Establish clear goals and objectives, regularly assess team performance, and provide constructive feedback.

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution of company's products.

• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations.

• Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain and improve product quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production and distribution processes.

• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.

• Monitor and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.

• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.

• Implement robust contingency plans for unforeseen disruptions in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and quality assurance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to make strategic decisions in a dynamic business environment.
