As Head of Country Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiency across our US campaigns, partnering closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to optimise performance, unlock growth, and build a strong, accountable culture. This role plays a critical part in how our US business delivers, scales, and shows up every day.
If you have the following:
Senior experience leading operations or sales/customer service operations within a complex, performance‑driven environment
Strong strategic and analytical capability, with a proven ability to turn insight into execution
Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, marketing, enablement, and leadership teams
A leadership style rooted in ownership, accountability, and developing high‑performing teams
