Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee the overall operations of KOLLAB, covering both Business Development and Campaign Management. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term business scalability.

What You Will Handle:

Define and drive the overall operational strategy for KOLLAB, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives across Business Development and Campaign Management functions.
Own and manage the full P&L (Profit & Loss), including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability optimization.
Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
Lead, coach, and develop team leads and managers to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape business strategies, product direction, and long-term growth initiatives.

What you have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Proven track record of contributing to business growth and operational performance (P&L exposure is a plus)
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in building or improving operational processes and workflows
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment
