A growing service-based company is seeking a senior Head of Operations to oversee and drive performance across multiple departments and field teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with on-the-ground execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing multi-layered operational teams across departments
• Overseeing field operations to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Driving process improvements and operational scalability
• Supporting department managers and leadership teams
• Maintaining strong visibility across active operations
• Ensuring high performance, structure, and team coordination

• Proven experience managing large, multi-tiered teams
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in fast-paced service environments
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• People-focused with strong communication skills

Additional Info:

• Approximately 20% office-based, majority field-based
• Requires flexibility beyond standard 9–6 hours

This is a high-level leadership opportunity for an experienced operator looking to scale and optimize complex operations.

Salary: $170k - $250k/Year
