Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead overall manufacturing operations including production planning, materials, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution
• 
  Drive operational excellence through KPI management, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• 
  Manage and develop cross-functional teams and department heads while building a high-performance and collaborative working culture
• 
  Coordinate with HQ/global teams on planning, inventory, delivery performance, budgeting, and operational strategy alignment

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 
  10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with strong exposure to multi-department operational management
• 
  Experience in precision manufacturing industries such as optics, electronics, or medical devices, with strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems and ISO standards
• 
  Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, production planning, inventory/BOM control, cost optimization, and cross-functional leadership with fluent Chinese & English communication skills
