Our client is an MFI and looking for a Head of Operations to oversee company-wide operations, ensuring high productivity, strong portfolio quality, and profitable growth. This role focuses on translating strategy into execution, driving loan disbursement and collection performance, and ensuring operational excellence across branches.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, including loan disbursement planning, quality control, and collection to achieve targets.
• Develop strategies, policies, and procedures that support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with branch managers to monitor disbursement performance, repayment quality, and delinquency control.
• Manage and build staff capability through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee compliance with policies, risk management, and loan quality verification.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, local authorities, and stakeholders to support business operations.
• Prepare reports, business analysis, and provide recommendations to the VP of Operations.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Banking & Finance (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, with at least 3 years in branch leadership or supervisory roles.
• Solid knowledge of financial products, loan processes, and customer behavior in the MFI sector.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication in Khmer and English.
