Job Summary:
Head of Online Sales and E-Commerce will be responsible for driving the company’s online sales
strategy, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the efficiency of e-commerce
operations. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in both sales and digital
commerce to spearhead growth in the online retail space.

1. Oversee the company's online sales and marketing efforts.
2. Drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
3. Manage modern retail B2C and e-commerce also B2B (Reseller) --> Manage Leads by
WhatsApp, E-Commerce and Reseller
4. Develop and implement comprehensive online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
and business objectives.
5. Manage online sales channels and optimize product listings, promotions, and content to drive
conversions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or a related role.
3. Proven track record of driing revenue growth and managing successful e-commerce
strategies.
4. Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems
