Nokia is seeking a visionary Head of Offer Control to lead a critical function within Mobile Infrastructure Finance. In this role, you will drive customer offer and contracting decisions in an innovative, working side by side with the broader organization. You will help ensure that Nokia signs the right deals in line with its strategy and financial objectives, while reshaping or avoiding deals that are not aligned with those objectives. You will ensure transparency for senior management, act as a strategic challenger to sales teams and a consultant to business units throughout all phases of the offer creation and decision-making process. Being part of the CFO’s organization, you will also serve as a financial steward. This role reports directly to the CFO of Mobile Infrastructure.

Beyond governance, you will be a transformative leader, modernizing the function through digitalization, AI, and automation. You will lead a high-performing international team of professionals, own the strategic development of the function, and cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This senior leadership role, with exposure to virtually all senior leaders across the company, sits at a unique intersection of sales, customers, and products. It offers an exceptional opportunity to make your mark by influencing business outcomes while working closely with both customers and product organizations. Given its broad exposure and strategic importance, the role also serves as an outstanding springboard to future leadership positions across finance, commercial management, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Decision Enablement: Deliver clear, data-driven decision support and comprehensive risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and empower the Offer Control team, overseeing offer governance and approval processes.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide independent, high-impact financial and commercial analysis, offering recommendations for key offers and business cases.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive the modernization agenda through AI, automation, and digital solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion process simplification, governance effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Foster team capability, performance, and a strong leadership culture.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate strategically with Markets, Sales, Business Units, Corporate Treasury, Tax, and Legal.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious finance professional with either proven leadership experience or the potential to grow into a senior leadership role. You demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership, pay close attention to detail, learn quickly, and have experience in finance and/or legal matters.

You combine strong tactical execution with strategic acumen and play an active role in driving successful deal-making and commercial outcomes, while maintaining a strong financial stewardship mindset and safeguarding Nokia's long-term interests.

The selected candidate will work in an international environment, gain unique exposure to products and customers, and bring a global mindset. You hold a university degree in finance, law, or a related field and have a strong interest in technology.

A minimum of 10 years of work experience is preferred, ideally in demanding in-house corporate roles such as finance, sales operations, or, in advisory, such as consulting, financial advisory, or M&A.

You are a natural leader with a strong personality, solid business judgment, and a passion for driving change. An interest in leveraging AI to transform processes and decision-making in a complex global environment is essential. You demonstrate a strong can-do mindset, are energized by change, and consistently drive results in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
