Our client, a fast-growing bank in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Business Strategy and Planning
Develop business strategies, policies, and directions for non-bank financial institution customers.
Analyze the market and identify target customers and potential cooperation opportunities.
Develop and issue regulations and procedures to ensure safe and effective operations.
2. Customer Relationship Management and Development
Maintain and expand relationships with domestic and international non-bank financial institutions.
Develop and manage the customer data and information system.
Propose the granting or review of limits; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of limit utilization.
Report to the Management Board on the status of customer relationships and cooperation.
3. Business and Solution Development
Advise on and provide financial solution packages, cash flow structuring solutions, and specialized products.
Promote sales and increase the use of products and services among non-bank financial institution customers.
Coordinate with relevant units to develop products that meet customer needs and enhance the Company’s competitiveness.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Management
Monitor, consolidate, and analyze the results of business plan implementation.
Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Promptly report arising issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Operational Management and Improvement
Review and improve operational processes and mechanisms.
Coordinate the implementation of approved improvements.
6. Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Management Board.
