Job Description
The Creator management team is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class approaches to growing the creator content ecosystem in line with our business product priorities via management, partnerships, programs and other key levers. This team will work closely with the Product teams to understand the different creator cohorts and their needs and set relevant priorities, and collaborate with the Publisher and XFN teams to drive efforts forward in line with the evolving content industry landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of News Creator Managers in the region.
- Lead the development and execution of programs focused on engaging and supporting News creators on TikTok.
- Drive News content strategies aligned with product priorities, partnering closely with Product and Operations teams to support product adoption.
- Identify key platform goals and strategic opportunities for News creators in the region, translating them into actionable initiatives.
- Set team OKRs, metrics, and success measures; leveraging data to evaluate performance, optimize programs, and inform decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Comms, GR, USDS, Legal) to operationalize and scale creator programs and engagement.
