As Head of Messaging HK you’ll set the strategy and governance for secure scalable enterprise messaging platforms in Hong Kong. These services underpin critical business processes and technology integrations so availability performance compliance and operational resilience are central to success. The role aligns to Group architecture direction and local regulatory expectations while supporting the Hong Kong Technology agenda. You’ll shape outcomes across core banking transformation card platform modernisation and digital platform transformation with a focus on enabling growth in the Non-Resident Chinese (NRC) segment. Success means a clear multi-year roadmap strong engineering practices predictable delivery and sustainable control outcomes.
This role sits at the centre of how HSBC Hong Kong connects systems moves data safely and keeps critical services running. You’ll set direction for platforms that support major transformation programmes while meeting demanding resilience and regulatory expectations.
