Head of Medical Division (Surabaya)

We are seeking a key leadership role in shaping medical strategy, enhancing healthcare quality, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall management and performance of medical services.
  • Develop strategic plans, policies, and medical service standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate patient care and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop medical teams while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and medical ethics.
  • Support organizational growth through effective resource planning and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, medical services, or healthcare leadership.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards and medical governance.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing medical professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
