Job Description

• Oversee medical service operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and patient safety.

• Coordinate with specialists, RMO, and medical personnel to optimize service effectiveness.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with hospital management in strategic planning related to medical services.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation standards

• Address clinical issues impacting patient care and service delivery.

• Conduct regular meetings with the medical team to discuss service improvements and operational challenges. • Analyze clinical data and disease trends to develop hospital programs.

• Supervise the management of medical facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience as Head Of Medical (YanMed) in Hospitals Medium Type 2 years
