Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales will lead Media and Entertainment Customer Sales for teams concentrating on building some of our most important and critical business relationships with advertisers and their agency partners. The team will be focused on driving growth from an established named account list with significant potential to grow across new products as well as new lines of business. This leader should have a passion for streaming TV and have a pulse for new multi-channel advertising technology. The ideal sales leader is a strong and disciplined individual who maintains a highly efficient and disciplined operation while also attracting top-tier talent. This leader is deeply invested in fostering a positive culture, demonstrating proven experience in mentorship and talent growth.
They excel as a cross functional partner, effectively articulating customer needs and collaborating with teams in Commercialization, Product Marketing and Ads Product & Engineering. With deep knowledge in sales systems, they consistently improve sales productivity and possess a demonstrated track record of growing revenues from stagnant categories.
Furthermore, they bring valuable experience in scaling Enterprise customers. While experience in Media and Entertainment and Large Brand Advertisers is a helpful asset, it is not a mandatory requirement. This position is based in Los Angeles, with domestic travel as needed. For candidates based in California, the salary range for this role is expected to be between $240,000 and $265,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
