To lead and scale Getir's full-funnel media, influencer and affiliate marketing strategies across all business verticals, driving sustainable growth, brand strength and measurable ROI. The role is responsible for integrating brand and performance objectives through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional and agency leadership.

What You'll Be Doing?

Media & Full-Funnel Strategy

• Develop and implement Getirs end-to-end media, strategy in line with business goals and customer expectations.
• Define and execute full-funnel media strategies (upper, mid, lower funnel) across GetirMarket & Getir Marketplace.
• Integrate Paid, Owned and Earned media to maximize impact and efficiency

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Leadership

• Lead the strategy, operating model and measurement framework for Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
• Develop creator-led growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Drive multi-service usage and incremental growth through influencer and affiliate partnerships

Measurement, ROI & Analytics

• Own ROI, incrementality and full-funnel measurement models
• Develop and present performance dashboards and insights to senior leadership
• Translate media investments into business outcomes and optimization actions

Agency & Ecosystem Management

• Orchestrate and manage a multi-agency ecosystem (media , influencer, affiliate, YouTube integration partners)
• Define agency KPIs, performance evaluation frameworks and optimization roadmaps
• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution and reporting across all partners

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Work closely with Brand, Growth, Research and Marketing teams
• Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for C-level stakeholders
• Ensure media, influencer and affiliate investments are aligned with overall business strategy

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Build, lead and develop high-performing team
• Set clear performance objectives and support professional development
• Foster a data-driven, collaborative and results-oriented team culture

What You'll Bring?

• 10+ years of experience in media (agency&brand experience strongly preferred)
• Proven expertise in full-funnel media planning, performance marketing and ROI modeling
• Hands-on experience in Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
• Strong background in managing large budgets and complex agency ecosystems
• Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
• Fluent in English
